sniff stuff

Everything in life is still gorgeous. You know what? It's going to continue to be.  It always has been and it always will be. The only thing that changes is my perspective. I judge cold. I judge winter. Well, that is all going to change.  Cold is gorgeous. Rain is gorgeous. It's all very very pretty and nice and wonderful. I apologize for my earlier doubt this week. I had a head change. This winter is going to be beautiful and fantastic. I will no longer complain. I see it all very differently now. Everything is going to be more than all right.  It is all great in fact!

I think I might post the next collection preview today or tomorrow just in case you are interested. Which one do you think should be next: City Slick or Eclectic Country?  I think Eclectic Country. More color. Great belts and purses. Crazy stuff. In any case, Have a very nice weekend. Sniff flowers and stuff.

dress: What did I tell you yesterday?  Yup.
shawl: vintage thrifted
bolo, bracelets:  vintage thirfted
belt: UO (my birthday gift to myself last year)
hat: UO
shoes: Old Navy

Wow the most optimistic approach lately, liked that! :) City Slick, I'd say but I guess anyways it will have many good pieces! Can not wait!!!

Oh, look! More teeth.

You wear these colors so well, and I love the way you can make your hair look short(er) without actually cutting it. Very nice!

So, so gorgeous. LOVE that belt. It is SICK. I ran by a local thrift yesterday and TOTALLY thought of you as I scored three fantastic pieces (one vintage dress that fits me like a glove, one new dress with tags, and one looong kimono, prolly vintage). Thanks for rekindling my urge to shop thrift/vintage!

Merci,
Shannan

That's the spirit! I am trying to be more optimistic about winter too, so its nice to hear someone else doing so.
And you must be happy since you even smiled with your teeth, hee hee.
Also, I think you should post the Eclectic Country, I have been waiting to see it.
Ok, now I am going to go sniff stuff.

So jealous on how you manage to snag all these AWESOME dresses, tunic...and fashion 'em so well.

And the belt! Ack! Too cool.

You're now officially one of my blogger girl crush(es).

I couldn't be more happy or proud that you are accepting the latter two Seasons.

They are so great, and everyone picks on them.

I agree with you: Eclectic Country. I wanna see it.

And while I did a very exaggerated eye-roll upon seeing where your dress is from.... I was pretty happy to see that the belt didn't come from there, too. I like that it was a gift to yourself. It's a really good gift.

Oh yeah, and I also really like the toe polish that you chose. I love a nude polish.

And that bolo is SICK!!!!

I will sniff stuff this weekend. Just for you.

Eclectic County! I'm ready to shop. I don't tweet so I'll have to pay attention. I love your dress...love the colors. Perspective is definately the answer. Minnesota winters are brutal, but beautiful. As long as I have warm boots and a mittens, I can survive anything.

You look like you came out of a movie set. I love the colors of the outfit, I am going to say I am drooling over the belt. Gorgeous.
I normally never look forward to cold weather, I am a originaly from the Caribbean, I am going to look at it differently. Have a great weekend.

My gosh, you look just stunning!!! I am so so glad you are changing your outlook on fall and winter... Honey, THEY ARE TERRIFICALLY BEAUTIFUL.. They, each in their own way, tell the passing of time. Embrace the cold... Obviously you need to find more sweaters... so get out there and find more... boots, sweater, jean, scarf combo. Oh and don't forget your hat!!! I love you sweetie!
MOM!!!
Can't remember my password crap, so I just said anonymous, but you know who I am!

Oh, if only my head wasn't so ginormous... then I would wear a cloche everyday. This is my favorite outfit of yours. Good job on your positive outlook! I utterly agree.

I'm in your boat, fall and winter are not my faves. But I dig your attitude. Maybe it's time for me to stop my complaining too. Fall is beautiful. Tomorrow's goal will be to bundle up and go out and enjoy it.
