That's a lovely looking silk blouse. It has an appealing pattern, colour, has nice billowy tailoring, and thanks to the numerous closely placed buttons could be worn more open or closed depending on what was or wasn't under it and your whim at the time. It looks like it would feel wonderful against your skin. That hat looks cute with it too.

This outfit is ingenius! I never thought that a slouchy top and a pencil skirt could look so chic together, but you have proven me wrong. Gorgeous!
