Ask me anything

I wanted to call attention to the comment of the day yesterday.  It was from Anonymous.  They followed up on their previous comment and it made me feel this Searing pang in my stomach.  Please don't feel so bad.  I had just finished my Acupuncture apt when I got that first comment and just finished telling her how I wish I had 10 bodies for my heart to get all its work done, and she had just assured me that I was not a super hero, and said to forgive my body,  and so when I got home, my heart was all open and vulnerable so your comment struck me harder than it should have.  Please don't beat yourself up.  You are a human too.  I would still like to make it right though.

Due to this situation, I went through all of my emails for the past couple of days and checked my spam folder.  I have no Idea who you could be, but there where HUNDREDS of unread emails in my spam (most from Weardrobe giving me updates! I had no idea they sent notification emails when you get comments or followers!)  among them were a few emails that just bounced there.  To TRY TO avoid anything like this happening again, I created an "ASK ME ANYTHING" place.  All you have to do is click on the link in the right hand column and ask away.  You can do it anonymously ABOUT ANYTHING (if its Raunchy I will probably ignore it! Pervs! . . ) And you can see ALL of my answers to previous questions.  It can be technical or about randomness, or whatever.  I was going to go through and collect all the questions I have not answered yet (yes they were leg warmers yesterday, I don't know the brand of my jeans the other day because I got them at the thrift store and the tag is gone, etc.) But instead if there is a burning question I have not answered, would you add it to the list?  I will dedicate a few days a week to answering them.  (I got this FORMSPRING idea from a very wise fellow blogger that I actually called on the phone for help yesterday! You know who you are sweet girl! Thank you so much!)

So, about this outfit.  I am wearing another playsuit from Target that my Son actually coaxed me into buying! He is dangerous to shop with! And I really wanted to wear this little vintage hat from the collection, but I couldn't find any pins this morning and it keeps falling off!  Oh well! I was probably trying to wear it wrong anyway!

COMMENT OF THE DAY: Do I know you?  It is a very strange coincidence that your name is Kornrose.  Maybe there is a specific reference that you are referring to that I am not familiar with, but the spelling and combination of this blogger name is has a VERY specific application and story in my life.  Hmmmm.  The only other person that knows about this doesn't really seem like you though.  I am SO intrigued right now.  Do you by chance have wavy auburn hair?  This would be a very strange coincidence as well. The suspense is killing me.

This is so cute and I love the hat! I think it's adorable that you let your son talk you into clothes! When I was a kid I would always try to talk my mom into clothes, but she never would buy them(I can't blame her she was in her 20s and I would try and talk her into old lady swim suits with skirts on them and things like that)! I always let my husband talk me into clothes he normally does a better job picking stuff out for me then I do! Maybe when my son and daughter can talk they can pick out clothes for me!

Also, I was so excited to have comment of the day on February 1st! I think my husband thought I was crazy because I was so excited!

I think it's really awesome of you to put in all the work to answer emails, address people's styling Q's, and still go on and live your life. So many comments, emails, etc go unread and I wouldn't hold it against anyone to not get back to me. So the fact that you're trying to be responsive to your readership is admirable. I think that is pretty Batman or Supermanish of you :-)

You are being way too hard on yourself! You are amazing - as a person and a blogger and your readers don't expect miracles from you :)

Just keep styling up great looks and taking pictures of them! And we'll keep reading! Happy Weekend!

I just want to say I think you are so lovely for putting so much effort into your blog and for taking the time to answer so many questions and style options for people FOR FREE. Most would not do that at all. Reading your blog is one of my daily inspirations and I think you're great!

This post is perfect. Just perfect, everything about it. Well said, and addressed.

You make me quite jealous everytime you wear your OTK socks. I can't wear them to save my life, my thighs just won't forgive me.

I think I saw this playsuit today at Target... I don't think I the guts to buy a playsuit... or maybe I just don't like my pale legs? Things to think about...

I'm really sorry to hear that there was a situation that caused you angst but it sounds like it was all taken care of so that's good.

Also wanted to let you know I passed on a blog award to you!

I guess I'm a "long-time reader, first time commenter"... OK, so not original, but true! I'd like to applaud this post. It's a wonderful example of how a passion for style and fashion is as real and important as a passion for any type of art. You put your heart into this, and it shows.

Lovely space you have here!
